1、摘要目前山岭隧道工程中出现不少单头掘进直至另一端出洞的施工案例。合理的隧道出洞施工方案需考虑围岩稳定、施工工效、工程造价等多方面因素。本文通过总结归纳、数值分析、风险分析等手段,研究隧道出洞施工技术,提出隧道三台阶七步法出洞施工的可行性,并在新交口隧道和大林隧道进行实施应用。主要结论如下:(1)分析总结山岭隧道洞口段的主要特点及现阶段常用的进洞施工方法和施工措施,探讨了隧道进洞和出洞施工以及不同出洞施工方案间的差异。(2)采用三维数值分析手段研究隧道出洞施工过程中的围岩与支护结构变形受力特点,分别对三台阶七步法和超前小导洞法两种出洞施工方案进行对比分析。(3)以新交口隧道和大林隧道
2、为例,论证了地形困难地段采用超前小导管辅助施工措施和三台阶七步法出洞的施工方案的合理性,并在新交口隧道和大林隧道进行现场应用。(4)针对新交口隧道进口三台阶七步法出洞工程实例进行施工风险分析。列举出洞施工过程中的风险源,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法进行隧道出洞洞口失稳风险评估,提出了对应的风险控制对盘幺柬。关键词:隧道,洞口段,出洞施工,小导洞法,三台阶七步法,风险分析ABSTRACTCurrentlymanymountaintunnelswereexcavatedformoneportaltotheortherportal.Reasonabletunnelconstructio
