1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文电针治疗对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后脊髓组织中CSPGs和NT--3表达的影响姓名:胡薇申请学位级别:硕士专业:针灸推拿学指导教师:王瑞辉201205摘要目的:观察针刺对大鼠坐骨神经损伤(SciaticnerveinjurySNI)后相应脊髓节段处(脊腰膨大段)组织中硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖(CSPGs)和神经营养因子3(NT-3)的影响,探讨针刺对周围神经损伤后的治疗作用,进一步探讨其作用机理,为临床治疗提供新的理论依据。方法:本实验将72只SD雄性大鼠随机分为3组(每组24只),即A组(空白对照组)、B组(模型对照组)、C组(针刺治疗组),B组和
2、C组在适应性饲养一周后给予特制手术钳钳夹造成大鼠坐骨神经SunderlandII"--III度损伤模型,C组在造模成功后第2天开始进行针刺“环跳"和“足三里’’穴,并连接G6805.C型电针仪于针尾上,选择疏密波,强度以穴位局部组织轻微颤动为度。每日1次,每次留针15分钟,7天为1个疗程,间隔1天后,开始下一个疗程。B组不做针刺治疗,但与针刺治疗组同样进行动物抓取动作;A组不做任何处理。分别于第1、第2、第3疗程治疗结束后当天观察各组大鼠后肢的功能状况,并检测各组大鼠坐骨神经损伤后相应的脊髓节段处CSPGs和NT-3的含量,并对结果进行比较。结果:就基本功能改
