1、提要目的：观察清肝补肾方治疗老年脂肪肝的临床疗效，并探讨其作用机理。方法：采用随机单盲对照的方法，将60例老年脂肪肝患者分为清肝补肾方治疗组和血脂康胶囊对照组，每组各30例，两组在合理膳食、适量运动、并停用其他针对本病有治疗作用药物的基础上，治疗组给予清肝补肾方治疗，对照组给予血脂康胶囊，用药3个月后，进行疗效性评定，观察治疗前后主要症状体征、实验室检查肝功能（ALT、AST、γ-GT）、血脂（TG、TC）、肝脏B超的影像学的改变以及安全性指标的观察。结果：治疗组总的有效率为86.7%，与对照组总有效率为70%相比，具有显著性差异（P<0.05).同时治疗组的血脂、肝功、肝脏B超较治疗
