1、AbstractLearningcontrolisanimportantbranchofintelligentcontroltheory,becauseitissimpleandeffective,especiallywiththeadaptivecontroltheory.Theresultingadaptivelearningcontrolhasparticularlyattractedattentionofresearchers.Nonlinearsystemswithdistributeddelaysandnonlinearsystemswithunknowncontroldire

2、ctionhasbecomearesearchhotspotofcontrolfield.Thus,howtodealwiththelearningcontrolproblemofnonlinearsystemswithdistributedtime-varyingdelaysandunknowncontroldirectionproblembyincorporatingtheadaptivelearningcontrolmethodandtheNussbaum-gaintechniqueisworthstudying.Thispaperusesadaptivelearningcontro

3、ltheorydesignlearningcontrollaw.CombiningLyapunovstabilitytheory,designandanalysisnewlearningcontrolalgorithmofnonlinearlyparameterizeduncertainsystems.Detailsareasfollows:Firstly,addressesanewadaptiveiterativelearningcontrol(AILC)approachforaclassofnonlinearparameterizedsystemswithunknowndistribu

4、tedtime-varyingdelaysandunknowncontroldirection,andtheresultisextendedtohigherordersystem.ByusingNussbaum-typefunctiontodetecttheunknowncontroldirection.ThestabilityofthetrackingerrorisalsoprovenbyconstructingaLyapunov-Krasovskii-likecompositeenergyfunction(CEF).Secondly,usingtheabovemethods，thetr

5、ackingcontrolontheinfinitetimeforaclassofnonlinearlyparameterizedsystemswithperiodicallytime-varyingparametersanddistributedtime-varyingisfurtherstudied.Anewadaptiverepetitivelearningcontrolisproposedtoensurethetrackingerrorconvergingtozerointhemean-squaresenseonacycle,andtheboundednessofallsignal

6、sofclosed-loopsystemisproved.Thirdly,anewadaptiveiterativelearningcontrolmethodisproposedforaclassofnonlinearstrict-feedbacksystemwithunknowndistributedtime-varyingdelay.ByusingthesignalreplacementmechanismcombinedwiththeBacksteppingtechnique,anoveladaptivecontrolstrategyisdesigned.ALyapunov-Krasv
