2、heclinicalapplicationsofthisprocedure．MethodsNormalfetalgroupincluded232cases，andaHcases’three．dimentionalvolumesacquiredfrommid—sagittalplane，30cases’volumeacquiredfromtheaxialplaneofthalamus，whichbeselectedrandomlyfrom232cases．Wemeasuredtheantero-posteriordi

3、ameterofcorpuscallosum(APDCC)，theantero—posteriordiameterofbrain(APDB)，theantero．posteriordiameterofeerebellarvermis(APDCV)andsurfaceareaofcorpuscallosum(SACC)of232casesonthereconstructedmid-sagittalplane．Onthesameplane，corpuscallosumwasdividedintofourparts，an

4、teriorpart(AP)，mid—anteriorpart(MAP)，mid—posteriorpart(MPP)andposteriorpart(PP)，andthethicknessofeverypartwouldbemeasuredrespectively．Onthecoronalplaneofthalamus，thewidthofcorpuscallosum(wcc)ofcaseswasmeasuredwith3DUS．Allmeasureswererecordedandstoredonadatabas

5、e．30CaSgSselectedrandomlyfrom232casesjustmeasuredtheAPDCC，andthevaluesandimageswerebecomparedqualitativelyandquantitativelywiththree．dimentionalvolumeacquiredfromSagittalplane．10casesselectedrandomlyweredepictedcarefullyforthree-dimentionalimageofcorpuscallosu

6、mbyVOCAL，20caseswereselectedrandomlyfortheintraobserverandinterobserverreproducibilityof3DUSandnormalgrowthchartsoffetalcorpuscallosumwasestablishedwiththedatabase．Therelationshipbetweenmeasurevaluesandgestationalage(GA)Wasanalazedbyusinglinearregression,there

7、lationshipbetweencorpuscallosumandcerebellarvermisandcerebrumWasanalyzedbyusinglinearcorrelation．Allcasesweredividedintotwogroupsbygender，andtheSeXdifferenceWascomparedbyusingindependent-SamplesTtest．Ontheotherhand,westoredthethree-dimentionalvolumesoffetuswit
