1、上海师范大学硕士学位论文高校宿舍文化建设研究姓名：王昀申请学位级别：硕士专业：教育经济与管理指导教师：戴胜利201204上海师范大学硕士学位论文摘要经过激烈的高考，莘莘学子越过了那道分数线，进入大学神圣的殿堂，每一名大学生都将经历宿舍生活，也将受到宿舍文化的影响。对于大学生而言，宿舍文化在他们成长过程中起到了至关重要作用，直接影响他们的人生观和价值观；对于学校而言j宿舍文化作为高校校园文化的重要组成部分，对校园文化建设起到的作用不言而喻。随着社会主义文化建设大繁荣和大发展，如何加强宿舍文化建设，已经成为高校校园文化建设乃至社

2、会文化建设的一项重要任务。本论文以宿舍文化的沿革进程为切入点，通过研究教育史上各个重要时期高校宿舍文化的具体内容、表现形式和建设方法，结合对上海某高校400名大学生进行的“高校宿舍文化调查”，对宿舍文化建设的现状做出一个评判。在本论文的调查过程中，分别以高校宿舍的物质文化建设、精神文化建设、制度文化建设以及这些文化在宿舍中所表现出来的行为特点为主要调查内容，辅之以与大学生的个别访谈、案例研究等方法，对现在高校宿舍文化存在的问题做一个深入剖析，找出引起这些问题的根源所在，并提出解决方案。关键词：高校，宿舍文化，研究上海师范大学
