1、万方数据南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文摘要电解线切割技术是一种用金属丝作为工具阴极,基于电化学阳极溶解的原理,在运动控制系统的作用下,将工件按一定的轨迹切割成形的一种特种加工方法。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)针对高深宽比电解线切割加工的特点,提出线电极轴向往复走丝强化加工间隙内传质的方法,解决高深宽比电解线切割加工的难题。(2)利用滚丝筒实现线电极轴向低速走丝,设计了低速走丝电解线切割试验系统,编辑了控制程序,实现了工件轨迹运动控制与加工电流的监测,改进了硬件设备,研制出试验平台。此外,建立了电解线切割加工的工艺
2、参数数据库,以方便试验参数的管理和应用。(3)试验研究分析了走丝速度、电解液浓度、脉冲电流电参数(加工电压、占空比、脉冲频率)、进给速度对加工切缝平均缝宽以及缝宽标准差的影响规律,优化出加工参数。(4)利用优化的加工参数,在20mm厚的不锈钢工件上,加工出表面质量好、切缝均匀、深宽比高达113的高深宽比切缝结构。关键词:电解线切割,高深宽比,低速走丝,强化传质,脉冲电流I万方数据低速走丝电解线切割试验研究ABSTRACTWireelectrochemicalmachining(WECM)isanontradit

5、swiththeWECM.(2)Experimentalsetupwasdevelopedforlow-speedtravelingWECM,inwhichtheaxialtravelingofthewireelectrodeisachievedbythewirestoragecylinder.Thecontrollingprogramwasdesignedtocontrolthemachiningtrajectoryoftheworkpiece,andmonitorthemachiningcurrent.Ad
6、ditionally,thedatabasefortheprocessingparametersofWECMwasestablishedinordertofacilitatethemanagementandtheapplication.(3)Experimentswereconductedtoinvestigatetheinfluenceofdifferentparametersontheaveragehighaspectratioslitwidthandstandarddeviationoftheslitwi
