1、提要目的：通过临床研究，观察舒筋通络推拿法结合腕踝针疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效，并探讨其作用机理。方法：本课题筛选肩周炎患者90例，随机分为治疗组、推拿组和腕踝针组。每组30例，分别进行治疗。治疗结束，通过观察比较三组患者治疗前后肩部疼痛、肩关节功能和肩关节活动度评分变化，对本研究方法的疗效予以评价。结果：总有效率：治疗组（100﹪）高于推拿组（93.3﹪）和腕踝针组（90﹪），但无显著性差异（P＞0.05）；治愈率：治疗组（46.7﹪）优于推拿组（16.3﹪）和腕踝针组（13.3﹪），有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。治疗后疼痛、功能和活动度等
