1、中国医科大学硕士学位论文深低温停循环肾损伤及去铁胺的保护性作用研究姓名:喻磊申请学位级别:硕士专业:外科学指导教师:谷天祥201203·中文论著摘要·深低温停循环肾损伤及去铁胺的保护性作用研究目的建立一种新的兔深低温停循环模型,研究深低温停循环(DHCA)对肾脏损伤的早期检测指标,以及去铁胺的保护性作用。方法以1.2岁龄体重3.5-4kg新西兰大耳兔(雌雄不拘)24只随机分为二组:对照组及治疗组,每组各12只。对照组及治疗组均建立DHCA模型,对照组在DHCA后恢复循环时以生理盐水5ml/l(劝口入体外循环中,治疗组在DHCA后恢复循环时以去铁胺50mg/kg力l:lA.体外循环中。在麻醉后及
