1、導入ERP系統與建置評估項目之研究周維新資訊管理系專任副教授[摘要]近年來興起的企業資源規劃（EnterpriseResourcePlanning，ERP）系統，就是一套透過資訊技術整合並佐以世界級企業實務精華的強有力的資訊管理系統。企業為了提昇競爭力，莫不致力於ERP系統的導入，然而企業在導入企業資源規劃系統的過程中，由於系統牽涉作業層面廣泛且應用程式複雜不易瞭解，企業如何評估一套適合自身需求的軟體系統；在導入過程中，針對系統與作業面差異部分又如何做調整，則是在導入過程中所必須瞭解的課題。本研究針對企業導入ERP系統評估及導入方法作為探討的主題，並嘗試從企業內部要求，對這項議題作一深入

2、的探討。從對瞭解企業資源規劃系統（ERP）的定義、架構、特性及政府（財政部證券暨期貨管理委員會）對企業內部控制制度的要求，找出電子業評估企業資源規劃系統（ERP）的關鍵項目，並以企業導入ERP系統的實際經驗的設計理念再度建議作說明。最後利用研究結果，對企業在導入企業資源規劃系統（ERP）時，提出實用性的建議。關鍵字：企業資源規劃、資訊系統、ERP評估項目StudyonthesystemofERPandestablishmentsthe21researchoftheevaluateitems.ChouWei-HsinAssociateProfessor,DepartmentofInform
