1、东南大学硕士学位论文论我国旅游业的可持续发展——以黄山为例姓名：张泉申请学位级别：硕士专业：公共管理指导教师：储九志20090522摘要旅游业具有“无烟产业"和“永远的朝阳产业"的美称，是当今世界发展最快的产业，也是最具影响力的产业链。它能增加财政收入，改善生态环境，优化经济结构，创造就业机会，繁荣区域经济和促进对外开放。因此，世界各国都相继将旅游业列为先导产业或支柱产业。目前，旅游业已逐步发展成世界经济中最大规模的产业之一。改革开放以来，我国旅游业也得以迅速发展，在世界范围内都已经具有了一定的规模和影响。然而，随着时代的发展，现有的旅游行业已暴

2、露出很多问题，同时亦将越来越不能满足人们日益增长的物质文化需要，陆续出现了诸如生态破坏、旅游资源配置失衡、国民整体素质不高、旅游经济体制不完善、管理落后等一系列问题。这些问题的出现，大大限制了旅游业的进一步发展。因此，实现旅游业的可持续发展已成为一个不容忽视的问题。本论文主要以黄山旅游业发展状况为基础，借鉴前人对于20世纪旅游产业的研究，客观分析我国旅游业的产业竞争力的现状，指出其所存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了实现我国旅游业可持续发展的对策和建议，力求通过加强政府宏观调控，完善景区管理，积极引导民众参与，规范旅游企业的行为，规范旅游者的行为，
