3、PO4(Pmassconcentrationwas1.705mg/L),pH6.0.Culturedat26℃,itscelldensitycouldbeup4to5590×10/mLduringsevendays'growthandrelativegrowthratewas0.7861.ComparisonwithNannochloropsisoculataonrelatedreports,theisolatedmicroalgashouldbeafast-growingmicroalgawithendurancetolownitrogen
4、andsourishenvironment.pHhasanobviouseffectonthegrowth,totallipidcontentofmarinemicroalgaNannochloropsismaritimaResultsshowedthatahighgrowthrateofthealgawasobtainedundertherangeofpH5.0-9.0,butthegrowthwasveryslowlyatpH9.0.underdifferentpHconditions,theamountoffattyacidschang
5、etherearecertainrulestofollow,Thetotallipidofthespeciesincreasedgraduallyasthecultureagedexceptforaslightreductionintheearlyexponentialphase.AnalysisdefoundthatherelativefluorescenceintensityofNannochloropsismaritimafrompH5topH9wasatrendofdecreasing,therelativefluorescencei
6、ntensitywhenpH5wastopandpH9relativefluorescenceintensityofthelowest.pHalsohasanobviouseffectonfattyacidcompositionofmarinemicroalgaNannochloropsismaritima,Resultsshowedthatthefattyacidundertheconditionoftheacidhadmorekindsthanthekindsoffattyacidinalkalineconditions.AndSatur
