1、河南大学硕士学位论文我国应用型本科人才培养模式研究姓名：霍振霞申请学位级别：硕士专业：高等教育学指导教师：刘黎明201204摘要随着经济的全球化和科学技术的迅速发展，我国的经济结构发生了重大的调整，各行各业急需一大批高层次的应用型本科人才。国内一批大学相继明确提出把应用型本科人才的培养作为人才培养的目标，重点扩大应用型人才的培养已成为我国高等教育发展的战略重点之一。人才培养模式从根本上规定了人才的特征，它对人才培养和自身发展有着举足轻重的作用。要培养应用型本科人才首先应对应用型本科人才培养模式进行研究。本论文由五部分构成，第一部分是绪论部分，主要阐述了

2、选题的背景、相关研究综述、研究的思路和方法。第二部分是相关理论概述，阐述了应用型本科人才的含义和应用型本科人才培养模式的内涵。第三部分分析了我国应用型本科人才培养模式的研究现状和存在的问题。第四部分介绍了德、英、美发达国家应用型本科人才模式，分析并总结了这些国家应用型本科人才培养模式的经验及其对我国的启示。第五部分从我国应用型本科人才培养的理论基础、应用型本科人才培养的目标、专业设置、课程建设等几个方面来构建我国应用型本科人才培养模式。关键词：应用型人才本科人才培养模式ABSTRACTWitIltheeconomicglobalizationandth
