3、《国风报》所发表的政论文章为研究对象，一、通过详细梳理《国风报》的政论思想内容，探究梁启超的宪政思想观念，分析其政论思想对清末宪政思潮、晚清政局和时局产生的积极影响。二、《国风报》是梁启超为鼓吹立宪而创办的又一重要刊物，是既《清议报》、《新民丛报》、《政论》之后，立宪派的主要舆论阵地，其政论的风格和特色在继承的基础了又有了新的创新，具有代表性，其论点鲜明、富有预见性；论证严密、富有逻辑性；文笔犀利、充满战斗性，在政论中对新闻要素的自觉接纳也推动了近代报刊政论向新闻评论的形式演进。关键词梁启超《国风报》政论思想宪政IAbstractAbstract
