1、暨南大学硕士研究生学位论文AbstractTheseasurfacemicrolayer(SML)isanimportantinterfacebetweentheatmosphereandthesea.Thisinterfacehasuniquephysicochemicalandbiologicalproperties.AnannualsurveywasconductedonthephytoplanktoncommunityandenvironmentalfactorsinDapengaoareaofD

2、ayaBaybetweenApril2013andMarch2014.Thepurposeofthisstudyistobetterunderstandphytoplanktoncomposition,quantitativedistributionandannualvariationofdominantspecies,andtoknowthecharacteristicsofphytoplanktoncommunitystructureintheSMLandsubsurfacewater(SSW).Me

3、anwhile,phytoplanktonDNAfingerprintswereanalyzedbyPCR-denaturinggradientgelelectrophoresis(PCR-DGGE)technique.TheresultsfromthisstudyenrichedtheinformationofphytoplanktonstructureintheSMLofDayaBay,andprovidedascientificbasisforenvironmentalprotectioninthi

4、sseaarea.Atotalof142taxawereidentifiedduringthesurvey,including132speciesfromtheSMLand128fromtheSSW.However,theShannon-Weaverspeciesdiversityindexandevennesswaslow,indicatingthedeteriorationofenvironmentsinDayaBayintherecentyears.Diatomwasthepredominantgr

5、oupofphytoplankton,followedbydinoflagellate,andfewoccurrenceofspeciesinothergroupssuchascyanobateria,chrysophytes,cryptophytesandrhaphidophytes.ThecommonpredominantspeciesincludedChaetoceros,Skeletonemacostatum,Pseudo-nitzschiaandLeptocylindrusdanicus,whi

6、chwerepresentedthroughoutthewholeyear.Meanwhile,Rhizosoleniafragilissima,Cerataulinapelagica,Guinardiastriatadominatedinsomeparticularmonths.Thephytoplanktonabundancewashighaswell,withtheannualaveragecellsdensityof662.07×10cells/Land1.48×10cells/LintheSML

7、andSSW,respectively.Thecelldensitypeakedinsummer,followedbywinter,andwaslowerinspringandautumn.AhighpeakofS.costatumoccurredinFebruary,whichresultedinwinterpeakofphytoplankton.ThephytoplanktonstructureintheSMLwassimilartothatintheSSW,andwascharacterizedby
