2、levidenceanddataforqualityassessment,identificationandforscreeningofgoodgermplasms.Methods:TheHPLCfingerprintofMaohuacultivawasstudied.AndfourActiveconstituentsweresimultaneouslyanalyzedbytheHPLCmethod.ISSRtechniquewasusedtoestablishtheISSR-DNAfingerprint.Studythecorrelatio

3、nbetweenHPLCfingerprint,thecontentofactiveconstituentsandISSR-DNAbandscharactersofMaohuacultivabySimilarityevaluationandclusteranalysis.Results:Basedonchlorogenicacid,theHPLCfingerprintofMaohuacultivawasestablished,therewere13commonpeaks.DifferenceswereexistedintheHPLCfinge

4、rprintofdifferentgermplasmrescourcesofMaohuacultiva.Activeconstituentsamongthetengermplasmswereexisted.15primersscreenedoutwereusedforISSRamplification.Atotalof307bandswereobtainedincluding217polymorphicloci.Theaveragepolymorphicfrequencywas70.68%.Thegeneticsimilaritycoeffi

5、cientsrangedfrom0.6456-0.8987amongthegermplasms.DendrogramrevealedthattenMaohuacultivaweredividedintotwoclasses:thefirstcategorywasonlyconsistedofXM-MH-1,othersampleswereclusteredintothesecondclass,secondclasswasdividedintothreegroups.Conclusions:Therearecertaincorrelations
