1、II摘要当前和今后一段时期，城镇化进程将持续加快，人民群众的住房需求将不断提高，而房地产市场价格偏高的状况仍未得到根本缓解，这将会阻碍我国社会主义和谐社会的构建。而保障性住房政策的完善及最终转化为中低收入群体的利益需要一个较长的过程。所以，为了实现社会公平，广西壮族自治区党委、政府在党中央、国务院的正确指导下，加大了推进政策的制定和执行力度，逐步建立和完善住房保障制度，探索多种方式解决低收入群体的住房困难。本论文主要通过系统的对广西保障性住房政策演进的历史沿革进行分析，围绕广西保障性住房政策的取得的实施成效、针对住房保障性
2、住房政策在实施过程中出现的一些问题进行思考，还运用了比较分析法介绍了国内外典型城市在不同发展阶段所采用的住房保障政策，概括出值得我们借鉴的做法，最后提出了完善广西保障性住房政策的建议，即分别从政府应加强其主导责任、从资金等配套政策上加以支持、及加快保障房的制度建设等方面促进保障性住房政策的落实。关键词：广西；保障性住房；政策研究I广西师范学院硕士学位论文StudyontheResearchonSocialSecurityHousingPolicyinGuangxiProvinceABSTRACTAtpresentandin
