2、.Inrecentyears,thecomputationofdynamicresponsesanddesignofoffshoreplatformhaveattractedtheattentionofmanyresearchers.Thispaperpresentsashakingtabletestofoffshoreoilplatformmodelscaleddownanactualone.FiberBragggratingisanewmeasurementtechnologywithitssuperiorabilityofexplosionproof,immunitytoelec

3、tromagneticinterferenceandhighaccuracy.Inthispaper,FBGsensorsareusedtomonitorthedynamicresponseofoffshoreoilplatformmodelonline.TenFBGsensorsareinstalled,oneofwhichistemperaturesensor,twoofwhichareaccelerationsensorsandtheothersofwhicharestrainsensors.OneFBGaccelerometerisplacedonthesurfaceofthe

4、shakingtable;andanotheroneisplacedonthetopsurfaceoftheoffshoreoilplatformmodel.FBGstrainsensorsareplacedonthekeypartsoftheplatformmodel.SometraditionalstraingaugesareinstalledinparallelwithFBGstrainsensors.Inthisexperiment,electromagneticinterferenceofstraingaugeisverybig,whiletheFBGstrainsensor

6、ectricsensorsintheirimmunityofelectromagneticinterference[1,2].Amongtheopticalfibersensorsbasedonvariedprinciples,fiberBragggrating(FBG)sensorsarethemostpromisingcandidatestoeffectivelyreplaceconventionalstraingagesforlong-termmonitoringapplicationsinharshcircumstances[3,4].Moreover,theyareflexi
