3、anagementethics,ethicaldilemmascorrelationtheoriestoestablishthispaper'srationale.Inthediagnosisstudiespart,thisresearchexploredtheframeworkofhumanresourcemanagement’Sethicaldilemmasandemployee’Sroleimbalance.Forthesepurposes,somestandardresearchmethods,suchasliteraturerev
4、iew,surveywereusedtodesignpreliminaryquestionnaire.weusedexploratoryfactoranalysis(EFA)tobuildpreliminarymodel.Onthisbasis,wedesignaformalsurveytocollectdata,andprovethemodelwithconfirmatoryfactoranalysis(CFA)togetthefinalmodel.Finally,thispapermadearesearchontherelationsh
5、ipofChinesetraditionalvaluesandemployee’Sroleimbalance.Throughthesesteps,thispaperformsitsownanalyticalframeworkofhumanresourcesmanagement’Sethicaldilemmas,whichareuseofright,manipulationandcoercion,systemsupervision,neglectionandinvasionofemployee’Srightsandinterests.Andi
