8、建设行业龙头企业。旗下拥有多个分、子公司。该公司前身为潍坊特别市木瓦建筑合作社，隶属潍坊特别市市政府直接领导，成立于1949年8月。起初员工数量仅仅十几人，修路、拆墙(1Et城墙)、修油库、建粮仓等等，恢复潍坊经济建设，支援全国最后解放。潍坊CD建设有限公司于2000年6月29日进行了注册登记，领取了营业执照，公司的注册资本为3269．943万元，自此退出国有行列，成为股份制的民营经济
