6、································44个人简历············································································45中文摘要谷氨酰胺对脓毒症小鼠氧化应激作用效果的研究摘要目的:探讨谷氨酰胺可否对脓毒症小鼠的氧化应激损伤起到减轻或者延缓,从而在危重症疾病氧化应激状态下发挥保护作用。方法:1动物分组与造模方法:96只昆明小鼠按完全随机方法分成4组,每组24只,分别设为空白组、模型组、谷氨酰胺低剂量组和谷氨酰胺高剂量组。空白组腹腔注射生理盐水,模型组和谷氨酰胺组腹腔注射内毒素制造脓

7、毒症动物模型,注射计量为5mg/kg;造型成功后模型组尾静脉注射生理盐水,谷氨酰胺低剂量组1h后尾静脉注射0.75g/kg谷氨酰胺,高剂量组1h后注射1.5g/kg谷氨酰胺。分别在1h、6h、12h眼眶取血后处死小鼠,解剖分离动物肝,用液氮迅速冷冻,之后放入-80℃低温冰箱保存。2谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化酶歧化酶、丙二醛测定方法取4组小鼠血清、肝组织匀浆进行氧化应激指标超氧化酶歧化酶(superoxidedismuta
