1、天津大学硕士学位论文夹紧区变化规律及带侧线分批精馏过程研究姓名：张耀昌申请学位级别：硕士专业：化学工程指导教师：崔现宝20070601中文摘要夹紧区是精馏研究的基本理论问题之一，对于精馏塔的操作和设计具有重要意义。连续精馏夹紧区研究较多，而关于间歇精馏夹紧区的研究还是一片空白。本文主要进行了多组元分批精馏夹紧区的研究，在此基础上开发了带有侧线出料的分批精馏过程。本文应用分批精馏恒摩尔持液模型对三元理想物系分批精馏过程进行了模拟计算，探讨了回流比、相对挥发度和原料组成对多元分批精馏过程夹紧区的影响，获得了多元分批

2、精馏过程夹紧区的更替变化规律。建立了带侧线出料分批精馏恒体积持液模型，并采用Gear方法进行求解，对带侧线出料分批精馏过程进行了模拟计算，并与常规分批精馏过程进行了比较。对于从轻重杂质中提纯中间组分的分离过程，与常规分批精馏过程相比，带侧线出料分批精馏过程可以从侧线提前采出产品，精馏时间较短，效率系数较高。研究了侧线出料位置、侧线回流比和塔顶回流比等操作参数对带侧线出料分批精馏过程的影响，研究结果表明，这些操作参数存在最优值。本文采用苯、甲苯和对二甲苯三元物系对所建立的带侧线出料分批精馏恒体积持液模型进行了实验
