1、天津大学硕士学位论文分批精馏优化及带有中间贮罐和侧线出料间歇精馏姓名：孙磊申请学位级别：硕士专业：化学工程指导教师：崔现宝20080601摘要间歇精馏是精细化学品分离与提纯广泛采用的一种单元操作。间歇精馏的优化和新塔型的开发是间歇精馏研究中的重要问题。本文主要进行了带有过渡段循环的间歇精馏过程的优化，开发了带有中间贮罐与侧线出料的间歇精馏过程，并对其操作特性进行了研究。采用改进的模拟退火算法对带有过渡段循环的三元理想物系间歇精馏过程进行了优化计算，分别得到了不同的控制变量和不同的目标函数下的优化操作条件

2、，并与文献结果进行了比较，优化计算结果均优于文献结果。研究了不同的控制变量和不同的目标函数对间歇精馏过程优化的影响。获得了带有过渡段循环的三元理想物系间歇精馏过程优化操作特性。提出带有中间贮罐和侧线出料的间歇精馏过程，建立了带有中间贮罐和侧线出料的间歇精馏恒摩尔持液模型，采用两点隐含法求解。通过模拟计算对带有中间贮罐和侧线出料的间歇精馏过程和传统的带有中间贮罐的间歇精馏过程进行了比较，带有中间贮罐和侧线出料的间歇精馏过程能节省精馏时间，具有较大的负荷因子。此外，还研究了塔顶回流比、侧线回流比、侧线出料位
