1、东南大学硕士学位论文城市住区道路与周边环境的优化设计初探姓名:饶宇飞申请学位级别:硕士专业:城市规划与设计指导教师:成玉宁;丁宏伟20060601东南大学硕士论文城市住区道路与周=边环境的优仡设计轫探中文摘要城市住区常具有人口密度高、建筑容积率高、绿地率低等特点,往往存在人均户外活动面积不足等情况。本文通过对城市住区的调研和对资料的分析,找出目前我国城市住区道路及周边环境设计普遍存在的缺点如;道路空间封闭,呆板,道路周边景观单调、重复等特点,并提出通过道路与周边环境的整合,优化设计,来改善目前住区道
2、路封闭、呆板的形式,同时创造居民舒适的休闲活动场所,改善住区居民休用活动空间不足等问题。作者通过对南京二十余个城市住区的实地调查,结合资料文献的查阅,对道路及周边优化设计进行探讨;第一章.对住区居民的户井活动的人员特征,活动需求及活动对场地的要求进行了详细的分析,找寻适于路边开展的活动内容,指导道路周边小环境设计。第二章,针对目前住区道路封闭,呆板,周边界面重复、单调的特点,结合成功实际案例,提出改善住区道路环境的几种方法:一、封闭——开放型道路的设计手法及适用范围;二、道路非对称形式的建立以活跃住
