6、rizedbyparametersthatareusedtodescriberelaxorbehaviour.1.IntroductionAseriesofdielectricceramicswiththegeneralcompositionMBa3Ti2O8C,whichisintheBaO-richregionoftheBaO–M2O3–TiO2(MDY,Nd,Sm,etc)system,hasbeenreportedbythepresentauthors[1,2].Thesesingle-phasecompoundsbe

7、longtothehexagonalcrystalsystem.WhenMDCe,theresultsofx-raydiffraction(XRD)analysisindicatethatCeBa3Ti2O8Cbelongstothetetragonalsystem.Inaddition,itwasrecognizedthatthecompositionCeBa3Ti2O8CwasformedbyasolidsolutionofBaTiO3andBaCeO3.Basedontheseobservations,aserieso
