2、务管理业在迅速发展的过程中却面临诸多问题，诚信危机和商业模式落后已经成为行业发展的瓶颈和桎梏。如果不能寻求突破和创新，前景堪忧。本文以健康管理服务公司为研究对象，首先介绍了用到的理论基础，并运用PEST分析法、横向比较等方法对健康管理服务的内、外部环境进行分析；用问卷调查法对LY市健康管理的现状进行分析，然后运用SWOT分析归纳总结出健康管理服务的优势和机遇，找出其劣势和面对的挑战：进而通过SWOT矩阵得出健康管理服务应选择的策略及其应注意的问题等结论。本文希望通过对健康管理服务现状及其发展策略的研究，为健康服
