3、ogenandotherhydrogelscanimprovecurrentstaticseedingtechnology.2.InPRPclinicalorresearchstudies,theanticoagulantapplicationdoesnotdrawenoughattentionsthoughanticoagulantsmightinfluencethequalityandthenbiologicaleffectofPRP.Thisstudyconductedacomparativestudytoinvestigatetheeffectoftheanticoagula
4、ntsonPRPqualitywishingtoclarifytheappropriateanticoagulantusedinPRPproduction.Methods:Totestourhypothesis,thisstudyevaluatedseedingefficiency,proliferationanddifferentiationofBMSCsseededintoPLGAporousscaffoldsviaPRP,autologousfibrinogen,andDMEMrespectively.Additionally,BMSCs/PLGAconstructsestab
5、lishedbyabovethreeintermediumswereimplantedingoatcalvarialdefectstoevaluatethecapabilityofPRPinenhancingboneregenerationbyradiologicalandhistologicalassay.2.Themicrostructurechangeofplateletscollectedviaheparin,citrate,acidcitratedextrose(ACD)andcitrate--theophylline-adenosine-dipyridamole(CTAD
6、)wasobservedbyTEMfollowingtimecourse.TheextentofspontaneousactivationofplateletsinfourgroupsWasdetectedbymeasuringsP-selectininplasma.TheTGF卡1releaseamountofactivatedPRPoffourgroupsWasmeasuredandthebiologicaleffectofPRPoncellproliferationwasalsostudied.Results:1.PI强notonlycouldincreaseBMSCsseed
