3、atingatthesametimewhenthetrafficconditionofcitiesandcountiesaregettingbetterandthehighwayconstructionisgivingahugecontributiontothenationaleconomy.Theproblemsarethedefectsthatindicateinthesystemofhighwaynetscheme,thetargetandthemethodology,cannotdirectwe

4、llthecurrenthighwayconstructionandthedevelopment.Itcausessomehighwayprogramcouldn’tgivetheobviousbenefit,someprogramconstructionevenbroughtanegativeaffectintheregiondevelopment.Thisarticleisfocusonthepopularanddifficultquestionsthatexistinthehighwaynetsc

5、hemedevelopmenttheoryandreformingpractice,andneedtobeinvestigatedurgently.Thetopichasanimportantvalueinboththeoryandutility.Thisarticlegoesthroughtheevolutionsystemanalysesofregionaltowns’spaceconstruction,developsthetraditionalanalyzingfieldsinhighwayne
