3、on,andlackofdependencymaintenance,theaboveflawswillbringthedifficultyofnetworkmanagement.SosomeresearcherspresentedtheideaofnewmanagementpartitioninthenextgenerationIntemetresearch(suchastheworkof4Dproject).Theydetachedthecommonmanagementdecisionfunctionsfromt

4、hevariousconfigurationprofilesandcomposedthemasanindependencedecisionplane.Iftheideaisfeasible,thenetworkmanagementsystemwillactasaclose-loopcontrolsystem.Thedeciscionplaneadoptsstrategiesaccordingtotherelationshipsamongthenetworkelementstoachievetheobjectstat

5、es.ItisevidentthattheideaCanadapttothedemandsofmanagementtocomplexservicesifitdoesworks.Buttherearemanyissuesarisefromthisidea.Theyincludethedefinitionofdynamiccoordinationrelationshipamongdifferentdecisionentities,thestabilityofcoordinationrelationshipandthec
