1、兰州医学院硕士学位论文汉防己甲素、铁筷子多糖联合阿苯达唑抑制小鼠棘球蚴生长作用及其机制的研究姓名:包根书申请学位级别:硕士专业:病原生物学指导教师:史大中2003.5.1兰州医学院硕士学位论文铁筷子多糖、汉防己甲素联合阿苯达唑抑制小鼠棘球蚴生长作用及其机制的研究摘要目的:研究中药铁筷子多糖、汉防己甲素单独及联合阿苯达唑用药对小鼠继发性细粒棘球蚴的抑制作用,探讨其作用的机制及寻找药物治疗细粒棘球蚴病的新途径。方法:将汉防己甲素、铁筷子多糖和阿苯达唑分别配成不同浓度,加入RPMI一1640培养基中,体外培养细粒棘球蚴原头节,观察其每
2、天的死亡率。动物体内实验共分7组:阿苯达唑组;铁筷子多糖组;汉防己甲素组;汉防己甲素邯可苯达唑组;铁筷子多糖邯可苯达唑组;对照组和空白组。对小鼠继发性细粒棘球蚴病药物治疗90天后,检测各组小鼠棘球蚴囊湿重;血清IL一2、IL一4、IL—12和IgE的含量;并进行病理组织学和超微结构观察。结果:在体外培养中汉防己甲素有明显的抗原头节作用。铁筷子多糖直接抗原头节的作用较弱,但两药分别与阿苯达唑兰州医学院硕士学位论文联合则明显加速原头节的死亡。铁筷子多糖单独及联合阿苯达唑均有抑制小鼠棘球蚴生长的作用(抑囊率分别为38.23%、64.8
