1、城乡结合部学校班级管理“学生自治”的行动研究摘要施行学生自治是培养民主社会的公民的重要举措。从教育的角度看，独生子女教育问题和推行素质教育是我国目前教育面临的两大难题。现在的学生中，独生子女居多。他们一方面个性强，以自我为中心；一方面依赖性又强，自立能力低,责任意识淡薄。因此，倡导学生自治有利于培养学生的自立能力和责任意识。可以说,“学生自治”是实施素质教育的有效途径之一。新课程改革的出发点是“以学生的发展为本”，班级作为推行新课程改革的基本单位，是学生学习与生活的基层组织，这要求班主任在班级管理中体现“以人为本,全面发展”的新教育观
