1、我国当前权利道德失范及其治理[摘要]权利不仅是控制他人的力量，而且也是支配资源的力量，是非常罕见的资源。权利存在着腐败和滥用的倾向。权利如果没有道德的保障是非常暴力的，没有节制性。自改革开放一直以来，我国的行政道德就严重的失控，行政腐败问题越来越明显。产生的主要原因是，内因是权利主体素质修养不高，道德修养落后，权利道德规范与实践基础和权利主体严重趋离；外因方面可能是，市场经济存在着自发性，严重存在着社会监督制约机制。行政道德腐败会严重的损害政府的脸面，腐蚀社会群体，民心难以聚拢，社会道德受到严重破坏，对社会的和谐安定遭到了严重的影响，所以
