1、哈尔滨剑桥学院毕业论文论文题目：三鹿集团盈余管理问题探讨学生：刘洪静指导教师：李文副教授专业：会计学（注册会计师方向）班级：10级注会2班2014年5月三鹿集团盈余管理问题探讨摘要我国证券市场从上世纪90年代成立以来发展迅猛,在二十多年间不断成熟,为我国经济建设提供大量资金,为市场经济的发展做出了巨大贡献,在我国经济发展中占据了非常重要的地位。但是这种迅速的发展也使得一些问题随之而来,会计信息的失真,对上市公司的治理不完善,监管体系的不完善等等,它们不仅妨碍了证券市场的资源配置,同时也限制了我国市场经济的持续稳定发展。
2、盈余管理在近年来我国的上市公司中普遍存在,虽然企业可以通过盈余管理在短期内满足自己的目的,但是从企业的长远发展来看,这一行为是非常不利的。过度的盈余管理不仅会导致会计信息的失真,也会误导投资者的投资决策,更会导致经济市场上的资源配置的不合理。在这种情况下,在理论界和实务界,对上市公司的盈余管理问题研究也成为热点问题。所以我选择了三鹿集团盈余管理问题探讨这个题目。随着市场经济的发展,西方国家出现的企业盈余管理的问题,也必然出现在我国的公司与企业中,因此,对盈余管理问题的研究和探讨是十分必要的,本文分析了盈余管理的概念以及
