1、四川医学2Ol1年4月第32卷(第4期)SichuanMedicalJournat，2011，Vo1．32，No．4·487·论著院前急救内科疾病谱的分析与对策徐辉，涂小平(四川省人民医院急救中心，四川成都610072)【摘要】目的探讨并分析过去4年中我院院前急救内科疾病病种的分布状况，发病顺序，为院前急救人员培训更具针对性、物资配备更加合理提供参考依据。方法回顾性调查分析2005—2008年我院出诊登记的院前急救内科疾病相关资料，并从多个方面对其进行分析。结果2005—2008年我院院前急救内科疾病谱4年中各内科疾病分布状况未发生明显改变，第一位以心血管系统

2、急症为主，神经系统急症，呼吸系统急症，急性中毒分别排在第2、3、4位。心血管系统急症中，最常见的是冠心病；神经系统急症中，最常见的是脑动脉供血不足、脑血管意外；呼吸系统急症中，以慢性支气管炎急性发作、肺部感染为主；急性中毒中以酒精中毒、安眠药中毒最常见。结论院前内科性急救疾病目前仍以心血管痰病为主。有目的地加强对本地区院前内科性急救疾病谱的认识并进行针对性的培训，对院前医务工作者很有必要。【关键词】院前急救；急救内科疾病谱；分析【中图分类号】R197．32【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-0501(2011)04-0487-03Analysisandcou
