3、You,theAmericanpeople,havemadeourpassageintotheglobalinformationageaneraofgreatAmericanrenewal.InalltheworkIhavedoneaspresident,everydecisionIhavemade,everyexecutiveactionIhavetaken,everybillIhaveproposedandsigned,I´vetriedtogiveallAmericansthetoolsandconditionstobuildt

6、er,thelongestexpansioninhistory.Ourfamiliesandcommunitiesarestronger.Thirty-fivemillionAmericanshaveusedthefamilyleavelaw.Eightmillionhavemovedoffwelfare.Crimeisata25-yearlow.Over10millionAmericansreceivemorecollegeaid,andmorepeoplethaneveraregoingtocollege.Ourschoolsar
7、ebetter--higherstandards,greateraccountabilityandlargerinvestmentshavebroughthighertestscores,andhighergraduationrates.Morethanthreemillionchildrenhavehealthinsurancenow,andmorethan7millionAmericanshavebeenliftedoutofpoverty.Incomesarerisingacrosstheboard.Ourairandwater
