2、form10.01.2011,accepted17.01.2011Therehasbeenacertainamountofprominentresearchconcentratedonthetechnologizationofdiscourse.Onconsiderationoftherecentconclusionsontechnologization,Isuggestthattheangleofresearchshouldbealteredtofocusondefiningthelinguisticnatureofte
3、chnologization,thelevels(orsteps)thisprocedureimplies,anditsmainsource.Thenexusbetweentechnologization,manipulationandsimulacrahasnotyetbeenacknowledgedandproved.Technologizationhasalsonotbeenrelatedtotheeliminationofthesubjectfromthepostmodernisticdiscourse.Using
4、examplesfromthepoliticaldiscourseofG.W.Bush,thefollowingarticlepertainstothevalidityofsuchclaims.Keywords:technologizationofdiscourse,manipulation,discursivetechnologies,simulacrum,thediscourseoftheExpertCommunity,ostrannenie(defamiliarization).Introductionbelieve
