1、中远提单背面条款FORM98051. DEFINITIONS"Carrier"meansCOSCOcontainerlinescompanylimited."Merchant"includestheconsignor,theshipper,thereceiver,theconsignee,theowneroftheGoods,thelawfulholderorendorseeofthisBillofLading,oranyotherpersonhavinganypresentorfutureinterestintheGoodsorthi
2、sBillofLading,oranyoneauthorizedtoactonbehalfofanyoftheforegoing."Vessel",wherethecontextsoadmits,includestheVesselnamedinBox6ofthisBillofLadingoranysubstitutetherefor,andanyfeedervessel,lighterorbargeusedbyoronbehalfoftheCarrierinconnectionwithanyseabornelegofthecarriag
3、e."Sub-contractor"includesownersandoperatorsofvessels(otherthantheCarrier),stevedores,terminal,warehouse,depotandgroupageoperators,roadandrailtransportoperatorsandanyindependentcontractoremployedbytheCarrierintheperformanceofthecarriageandanysub-sub-contractorthereof.The
4、expressionSub-contractorshallincludedirectandindirectSub-contractorsandtheirrespectiveservants,agentsorSub-contractors."Goods"meansthewholeoranypartofthecargoreceivedfromtheMerchantandincludesanyContainernotsuppliedbyoronbehalfoftheCarrier."Package"meanseachContainerwhic
5、hisstuffedandsealedbyoronbehalfoftheMerchant,andnottheitemspackedinsuchContainerifthenumberofsuchitemsisnotindicatedonthefrontofthisBillofLadingorisindicatedbythetermssuchas"SaidtoContain"orsimilarexpressions."ShippingUnit"meansanyphysicalunitofcargonotshippedinapackage,
