4、onalandmonoclonalantibodies.FitopatologiaBrasileira30:629-633.2005.ABSTRACTMoleculesexpressedatthesurfacecuticle(SC)ofplantparasiticnematodesrepresenttheprimaryplant-nematodeinterface,andtogetherwithsecreted-excreted(S-E)productsareprobablythefirstsignalsperceivedbythehost.These
5、molecules,whicharereleasedintoplanttissue,probablyplayimportantrolesinthehost-parasiteinteractions.Characterisationoftheseantigenswillhelpintheidentificationofnematodetargetsusefulfornovelcontrolstrategies,whichinterferewiththenematodeinfectionofplants.Threemonoclonal(MAbs)andth
6、reepolyclonal(PAbs)antibodiesproducedtoS-EproductsofMeloidogynespp.andHeteroderaavenaewereusedtoexaminetheirreactivitytowardsM.incognitaand/orM.arenariasecondstagejuvenilesandadultfemales.ThethreePAbsshowedcross-reactivitywithM.incognitaandM.arenaria.AntibodyRoth-PC373stronglyre
