4、roposedthatacommonapproachbeusedtocollectdatainanumberofareas,includingworkforcedemographicsandplanning,staffingdistribution,remunerationofhealthworkersandskillmix.Datawillbecollectedatthenationalandinstitutionallevels,aswellasfromindividualhealthcareproviders.Thisdocu
5、mentoffersguidelinesforcollectingquantitativeandqualitativeinformation,usingsimilartoolsandasuitablesamplingframe.II.MeasurementstrategiesTheassessmentofhumanresourcesforhealthinvolvescollectingdataatthenationalandinstitutionallevels,aswellasfromhealthcareproviders.Fou
