2、OBJECTIVE:Bothinterfractionalandintrafractionalsetuperrorsmayaffecttheprecisionofradiotherapy.Thisstudywastoanalyzetheinterfractionalandintrafractionalsetuperrorsinradiotherapyfortumorsusingcone-beamcomputedtomography(CBCT).METHODS:Ofthe51patientsreceivedradiotherapy,19hadheadandneckt
3、umors,25hadthoracictumors,andsevenhadabdominal-pelvictumors.PatientsreceivedCBCTscansafterinitialsetup,afterre-positioningandafterradiationdelivery.TheCBCTimageswereregisteredtotheplanningCTimages,andsetuperrorsonX,Y,Zaxeswereanalyzed.RESULTS:Atotalof1934CBCTscanswereperformedon51pati
4、ents,ofwhich955wereperformedafterinitialsetup,525afterre-positioningand454afterradiation四川大学华西医院delivery.TheinterfractionalsetuperrorsonX,YandZaxeswere(1.2±0.9)放疗科,mm,(1.2±1.1)mmand(1.0±0.8)mm,respectively,forheadandneck四川成都610041tumors;(2.3±1.9)mm,(4.2±3.7)mmand(2.4±2.1)mm,respective
