3、titiveconditions.Soknowledgemanagement(KM)graduallybecamethethemeofmanagementtheoryresearchandpractice.ButnowtheKMstrategytheoryresearchlacksasystematicframeworkthatneglectedthecombinationofenterprises'interioradvantagesandouterposition.Sothispapertriestoresearc

4、htheKMstrategythatbasedonthecombinationofknowledgeresourcepositionandbasiccompetitiveadvantage.WewishthispapercouldoffersomegoodsuggestionstotheKMresearchandpractice.Thisresearchworkofthispaperasfollows:Firstly,thepaperdefinestheprocedureofKMstrategyselectionsoa

5、stoofferadirectionandstepsforthelaterpartofthepaper.Secondly,thepaperconstructsarestrainingframeworkofKMstrategyselectionandillustratestheimportantfactorthataffectKMstrategy.Thirdly,basedonthevaluechain,thepaperconstructsaknowledgechain,whichisanimportantsupport

6、andbasefortheKMstrategy.Fourthly,thepaperbringsforwardthemodelofKMstrategyselectionundertheKMstrategicrestrainingframework.Atlast,thepaperconstitutessomemeasurestoguaranteetheimplementationofKMstrategy.Inaword,thispapertriestoanalyzeandconstructaKMstrategymodelb
