4、bstrates,includinginsituformedaldehydesfromaVasellareaction.Thesereductiveaminationconditionsprovideavaluablesynthetictoolfortheselectiveproductionofprimaryaminesinfewersteps,ingoodyields,andwithouttheuseofprotectinggroups.IntroductionTraditionally,protectinggro
5、upshavebeenusedwhenpre-paringprimaryaminesviametalhydridereductiveamina-Aminesareanimportantclassofcompoundsfoundin7-9tion.Protectinggroupshaveanimportantroleinorganicmanynaturalproducts,pharmaceuticals,andothervaluable101,2synthesis,yettheirincorporationintoasy
