1、饮用水安全卫生安全承诺书篇一：水质安全承诺书生活饮用水卫生安全承诺书为保证生活饮用水（以下简称饮用水）卫生安全，保障人体健康，根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》、《城市供水条例》、《生活饮用水卫生规范》、《生活饮用水卫生标准》的有关规定，制定以下生活饮用水卫生安全保障承诺书。一、严格遵守国家和有关部门生活饮用水卫生安全法律、法规之规定，增强企业法人第一责任人意识；二、严格执行《生活饮用水卫生规范》和《生活饮用水卫生标准》，保障生活饮用水安全；三、严格使用经卫生行政部门批准的自来水消毒剂，禁止使用未经批准及标识不清、不全的消毒剂；四、严格操控自来水生产工艺流程，并按规范投加消毒剂，保
