2、动物病毒学。(1,吉林大学畜牧兽医学院吉林长春130062;2,军事医学科学院军事兽医研究所吉林长春130122;3吉林农业大学吉林长春130118)【摘要】目的选用QuilA为佐剂免疫小鼠评价H1、H3亚型流感病毒多表位DNA疫苗的免疫效果。方法将pVAX1-H3-EHA-H1HA1new,pVAX1-H3-H1HAnew,pVAX1-EHA等三种候选核酸疫苗免疫Balb/C小鼠,分别对各免疫组小鼠进行细胞免疫和体液免疫水平检测。结果体液免疫结果表明,免疫后35天pVAX1-H3HA-EHA-H
3、1HA1new免疫组小鼠产生H1亚型流感特异性体液免疫应答,且抗体水平略高于其它免疫组。细胞免疫结果表明,当受到H1亚型流感病毒抗原刺激时,免疫组均表现出特异性T淋巴细胞增殖反应,各免疫组小鼠血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-10细胞因子水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论H1、H3亚型流感多表位疫苗可诱导免疫小鼠产生特异性的体液和细胞免疫应答。【关键词】流感病毒;QuilA;DNA疫苗;免疫Immunologicalevaluationofmulti-epitopeDNAVaccineofinf
