1、人胎阑尾淋巴组织及T、B淋巴细胞的发育李红,苏敏[基金项目]贵州省教育厅自然科学研究项目(黔教科2002116)[通信作者]苏敏,电话:(0851)6908567,E-mail:summ30@163.com,杨宇,胡蓉,黄悦,许庭良,姜俸蓉(550004贵阳,贵阳医学院组织学与胚胎学教研室)[摘要]目的探讨人胎阑尾内淋巴组织的发生以及T、B细胞的发育。方法收集人胎阑尾26例,HE染色观察微细结构,免疫组织化学SABC法和S-P法染色显示T、B细胞,用BioMiaspro图像分析软件进行计数。结果HE染色:9周胎儿阑尾管壁4层结构尚
2、未分化形成,上皮为复层柱状,间充质内有单个淋巴细胞散在分布;11周上皮内偶见单个淋巴细胞浸润,间充质内淋巴细胞较前略多;13~15周上皮内淋巴细胞浸润明显,初级淋巴小结雏形形成;16~20周管壁内初级淋巴小结及弥散淋巴组织明显;21~28周淋巴小结初级数量增多,尤以28周明显。免疫组化染色:9周间充质内出现少量IgM阳性细胞;11周出现CD3阳性细胞;15周IgM阳性反应细胞聚集开始形成淋巴小结,小结内CD3阳性反应细胞数量少;随胎龄增加,淋巴小结数量增多,IgM阳性反应细胞和CD3阳性反应细胞数量也逐渐数量增多(P<0.01,P

7、chyme.Thelymphocytesobviouslyinfiltratedintotheepitheliumfrom13to15week.Theprimarynoduleswereconsistedofagroupoflymphocytes.From16to20week,theprimarylymphoidnodulesanddiffuselymphoidtissuewereseenobviously.Atgestationalweek21to28,thenumberofprimarynodulesgraduallyincr
