3、ryfacilitiesandotherin-frastructure.Sinceitsfoundationin2003,CeSOShasdevelopedintoacentrewithabout80fullorpart-timeresearcherswithdifferenteducationalandculturalbackgrounds,halfofthemfromoutsideNorway.Into-tal,theirworkrepresentssome50man-yearsannually.Themainchallengeistobalanceth
