4、ingnanoparticle(NP)initiatingphaseofapoptosis(8).Thus,acompletelysynthetictocarrycontrastagentsforearlydetectionofvulnerableplaquesandbiodegradableΔΨmtargetingHDLmimickingNPcontainingcontrastagentscouldbeofenormousbenefitstopatientswiththeinitiationofpreventativetherapiesthatexpl

5、oitthevascularCHD.Surprisingly,allofthereportsonusingHDLNPsforprotectiveeffectsofHDLcanbeattractiveforatherosclerosis.imagingatherosclerosisarebasedonreconstitutedHDL(rHDL)Here,wereporttheconstructionofasynthetic,biodegradable(9–11)(SIAppendix,TableS1).ParticlesbasedonrHDLuseHDL

6、-NPplatformfordetectionofvulnerableplaquesbytargetinglipoproteinsandapoA-Iextractedfromhumanplasma.Apo-thecollapseofmitochondrialmembranepotentialthatoccursdur-tentialprobleminusingrHDLNPsincludesbatch-to-batchingapoptosis.ThisHDLmimiccontainsacoreofbiodegradablevariabilitywhenl
