1、胃蛋白酶原在体检胃病及胃癌筛查中的应用吴伟晴廖淑萍孙岩吴炎(深圳市人民医院暨南大学第二临床医学院518020)【摘要】目的：探讨及研究胃蛋白酶原在体检胃病及胃癌筛查中的应用价值。方法：选取2013年1月~2014年12月的体检和住院的70例胃癌患者为A组，70例胃溃疡患者为B组，70例胃炎患者为C组，70名健康人员为D组，然后将四组人员的血清胃蛋白酶原相关指标进行检测及比较,并比较A组中不同分期患者的检测结果，同时以Logistic分析研究指标与胃癌的关系。结果：A组级C组的血清PG［及PG1/PGII均低于D组，阳性率高于D组，B
2、组的血清PG1及PGI［则均高于D组，PGI/PGII则低于D组，A组中不同分期患者的血清PGI及PGI/PGII也有显著性差异，且经Logistic分析显示，PGI及PGI/PGII与胃癌有密切的关系，P均V0.05o结论：胃蛋白酶原在体检胃病及胃癌筛查中的应用价值较高，对于胃病的诊断有一定的临床意义。【关键词】胃蛋白酶原；体检；胃病；胃癌；筛查【中图分类号】R446【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2015)22-0237-03Applicationonthepepsinogeninthephysicalexami
