1、地方扶贫工作现状、问题及对策一一以云龙县为例地方扶贫工作现状、问题及对策一一以云龙县为例摘要近年来，云南省云龙县人力开展扶贫工作，取得了良好的成效。但不可否认，云龙县地方扶贫工作发展进程中存在的问题，例如：扶贫渠道狭窄、工作后劲不足、基础设丿施建设滞后、福利性项日分配缺乏规范、基层扶贫组织缺乏主动性、贫困人群科学文化水平低下，基层扶贫阻力人、扶贫政策自身设计存在一定缺陷等问题。并针对上诉问题提出一些解决对策：拓宽扶贫渠道，促进种植业、养殖业等发展、完善基础设施建设、大力发展专业合作经济组织、强化福利项FI监怦、提高基层抹贫组织自主性、积极开展智力扶贫T作
