2、rcumstances,wereallowedtopostponethedatefixedforachievementoftherecoveryandrecyclingtargetssetinDirective94/62/ECshouldbegrantedaHavingregardtotheTreatyestablishingtheEuropeanfurther,butlimited,postponement.Community,andinparticularArticle95(1)thereof,Havingregardtotheproposalfromth
3、eCommission(1),(6)TheEuropeanParliament,theCouncilandtheCommis-sionagreeontheneedfortemporaryderogationsfortheaccedingStateswithrespecttothetargetsofthisHavingregardtotheopinionoftheEuropeanEconomicandDirective.ThisshouldbedecidedonthebasisoftheSocialCommittee(2),requestsfromtheacce
4、dingStatesforderogationstoruninprincipleuntilnotlaterthan2012forCyprus,theCzechRepublic,Estonia,Hungary,Lithuania,SlovakiaActinginaccordancewiththeprocedurelaiddowninArticleandSlovenia;2013forMalta;2014forPolandand251oftheTreaty,inthelightofthejointtextapprovedbythe2015forLatvia.Con
